Honesty
Describe your listed items
accurately and honestly. When you hire an item, be honest with the owner.
Honestly really is the best policy.
2. Respect
Treat
others the way you want to be treated. Speak kindly, use your manners. It’s not
hard to do.
3. Communication
Get in
touch with people sooner rather than later. Ask questions of others. Answer
questions when asked. If there’s a disagreement, communicate.
4. Timeliness
Endeavour
to respond to others within 24 hours. Whether it’s answering a question or
accepting a booking. No one likes waiting too long for an answer. If you don’t
have an answer yet, communicate that. It all helps things to run smoothly.
5. Follow
Through
If
you’re meeting another parent, show up when you say you will. If you’re running
late, communicate.
6. Harassment,
Discrimination & Bullying
Are not
accepted or at all tolerated. Just don’t go there. Again, we are a respectful
Village and we operate with integrity.
7. Be
likeable
No one
likes a Grinch. Be an easy person to deal with. If you’re not sure how, just
apply everything within the Code of Conduct and you’re all set!
